Mom-Cation

Imagine not having to think about anyone’s laundry, meals, or needs. If that sounds like a dream come true, then you need a Mom-cation!

Being a parent can be physically and mentally exhausting, especially for moms. That’s why Mom-cations are so important! But really, what is a Mom-cation?

If you’re asking yourself this then you need one more than you even realize!

Simply put, a Mom-cation is alone time; a vacation for moms to relax and recuperate. Time away from motherhood and all of the consuming details that it entails.

A new study says moms work an average of 98 hours a week, that’s the equivalent of 2 full-time jobs plus overtime.

Being a mom is the equivalent of working 2.5 full time jobs According to an article published by The New York Post .

Think about it, you push through your day telling yourselves “If I can make it to bedtime, I’ll be fine”. The fact of the matter is that may work sometimes, but no one is at their best working 2 full time jobs for a lifetime. And for those stay at home moms, we understand you never get to leave work at the office, your job is with you all day.

Dropping and picking kids up, cooking, cleaning, laundry, making appointments, paying bills, volunteering for trips and the list goes on.

Taking a Mom-cation is necessary in order to be your best self for you and your family. Alone time is essential for all moms so they can feel refreshed and ready for whatever is ahead.

Taking a Mom-cation l can assure you 2 things:

  1. You will remember who “YOU” are. You were a phenomenal woman before you had kids and sometimes that amazing woman gets lost in the melee of motherhood.
  2. You will see how much you have been missed. Be ready to be greeted by your family when you return, this will feel like a warm ray of sun on a cold winter day.

So moms, if you’re ready for a break hit the button and let’s start planning!
